Digital database of all federation members (fencers, coaches, officials...) / each of the users could specify which data they want to collect (name, surname, date of birth, club ....) also there is a possibility for uploading the files/documents (birth certificate, photos, etc...)

We implement the Clubs and Federation Admin will be able to activate/deactivate/edit all details regarding the clubs (name, address, contact details, banking details, etc...)

We also could track the history of club membership per fencer...so if one fencer change the club, the whole history will be available

We provide complete control over the process of registering new members. Club admin users create a registration request through the platform, enter all necessary information, and upload all required documentation (birth certificate, photo, ID...).

The federation admin receives a notification that there is a request in pending status. After approval, a license is generated, and the club admin and/or the competitor receive a notification that the registration was successful.

We implement the national licensing system.

Through our platform, it is possible to organize the registration process for local/national competitions. Administrators of national federations can open competitions on our platform, define disciplines and categories, and clubs can register using their credentials.

This system completely replaces registrations via email and phone.

During registration, the system takes into account the competitors' birth years, license validity, and the entire process is highly transparent.

After the registration process is complete, an XML file for each individual competition can be downloaded, which is compatible with the Engarde/Fencing Time standard and can be directly imported into their systems.
